Description
This Moroccan Lentil Soup is a rich comfort food stew with smoked paprika, ginger, cumin, and black pepper. Mild but flavourful and so easy to make. All you need to make it is water (or broth is also delicious) and a can of tomato paste. Feel free to add protein or veggies if you're feeling adventurous.
*Tip - To make an exotic moroccan breakfast, enjoy this soup with a poached egg and some avocado toast!

The Best Soup!
The Moroccan Lentil Soup is the BEST! It is so simple to make, is is very tasty and it is comforting on a cold day. I sauté a bag of the baby carrots first, then add the soup mix with 1.5 litres of Kirkland Signature Organic Chicken Broth along with the tomato paste. Everyone in my family loves it and I'll the leftovers for lunch that week. I highly recommend this soup!!
