Honey Carob energy bar mix

Simply the best tasting bar mix ever! If you are into a healthy lifestyle and or on a diet and want to curb your appetite and still have something delicious, this is perfect! So simple to make and super cost efficient. I am a busy dad of 3 young kids and I will even eat them for lunch with a protein shake or whatever when I have no time to make something healthy and it fills me up perfectly. I have been into health and fitness since I was a teen (many years ago) and nothing else compares!

This chocolatey bar is my favorite

I love Carob flavor of this mix. It adds the depth of cacao and a mild bitterness and make these bars taste chocolatey. The peanuts, sesame and sunflower seeds get you all the good fat you need, and the coconut adds a nutty note that complement the Carob flavor beautifully. If you’d a dark chocolate enthusiasts, grab a bunch of these!
